The goal of any service and repair company is the ability to repair equipment quickly and safely! To facilitate this, we keep thousands of spare parts at the Marren central warehouse and on our fully equipped fleet of modern vehicles. Our nationwide Service Technicians are restocked with spare parts on a daily basis. The majority of parts come direct from the manufacturer, which favours the customer; not only in cost, but also turnaround.

With the use of hand-held PDA devices, combined with a high-quality service management system, this allows “real time” control of our day to day business. All engineer vans are fitted with an impressive TOM TOM vehicle tracking system to ensure we despatch the nearest available engineer to our customers. We also have a high level of commitment to Health & Safety and therefore continually maintain our certification to Principle Safety & SAFE Contractor as well as ALTIUS, which is the standard that more and more major clients expect their suppliers to obtain.
