Merrychef Service Plans
Regular servicing of your Merrychef oven will ensure it performs consistently and has a longer lifespan. Marren offers the eikonServe Plan. A comprehensive service program that will maintain your catering equipment and keep it in good working order for many years.
The annual service plan consists of a 35-point service check. This includes a general visual overview as well as the condition of seals, circuits and switches. This will take up to 2 hours to complete and can be scheduled to suit your business needs.
A specialist Marren engineer will carry out a comprehensive service. Included is a written report of his findings and details of any future actions you need to take or advisory areas. If during the service new parts are required, you will be informed of the cost and if approved our engineer will replace on-site. No additional labour costs will be charged.

In the hospitality sector, it’s always better to plan rather than react to a situation. Which is why Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is integral to the service we offer all our clients. An annual service plan for all your working commercial units and ovens.
The parts are serviced regularly and replacements made when needed. If approval to replace a part is given whilst the engineer is servicing your equipment, no additional labour costs will be charged. This serves to improve the reliability of your equipment. Reducing the risk of a breakdown which will save you time and reduce staff stress levels due to customer complaints.
Safety is another factor. Equipment that is functioning below capacity is slow and can be dangerous. The components are designed to be fully operational during busy periods but over time the efficiency will decrease. Ongoing servicing and fixes will mean you are less likely to suffer a defect which can become a health hazard.

Servicing as part of your operational process
