What do you do when you carry out a catering equipment service?
We provide comprehensive service programs for Turbochef and Merrychef Ovens. These are annual plans consisting of a thorough 35-point service check. They take approximately 2 hours to complete and can be scheduled to suit your business needs. If any parts are needed during the service, you will be informed of the cost and if approval is given whilst our engineer is on-site, there will be no additional labour charges.
The service is carried out by one of our specialist engineers and includes a full written report of the findings. This will detail any advisory points and will allow you to take any future action that is needed. It’s a great way to monitor the condition of your catering equipment and will identify any training needs for your kitchen staff in areas such as cleaning and maintenance.
How quickly do you arrive for catering equipment repairs once we have called you?
If you want a same-day response you must call us before 14.00. In an emergency, we will respond within 6 hours. Requesting a scheduled call, we can respond within 24-hours or at a date and time agreed by you.
Our opening times are Monday to Friday between 08.30 and 17.00 excluding Bank Holidays. The out of hours service is Monday to Friday before 08.30 and after 17.00. On Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays between 08.30 and 15.30.
