Will my warranty remain valid if you service my equipment?
We are service partners for Turbochef, Hatco, Panasonic, Falcon, XpressChef and Menumaster. Your warranty will remain valid for all these brands that we service.
Do your engineers respond 7 days a week?
Yes, a Marren engineer will respond 7 days a week. They are available from 08.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday, on a Saturday and Sunday it’s 08.30 to 15.30
Do you only use original manufacturers parts for repairs and servicing?
Yes, we only use original manufacturers parts for all our repairs and servicing. This is done to ensure your equipment is reliably operational and remains under warranty. We also offer a 90-day warranty cover on all manufacturer parts and a 14-day recall period on all repairs we carry out, to give you that extra peace of mind.
