Marren works with Mitchells & Butlers to maintain the catering equipment at their pubs and restaurants across the UK. This award was in recognition of the quality service we provide to them throughout the year.

A core value that drives everything we do and has meant continued investment across the business. Marren won two awards for demonstrating excellence, commitment and dedication in the face of diversity.

Service and Maintenance Provider of the Year – November 2019

Awarded because of the level of service we provide to our customers in delivering maintenance and repairs. In particular, we have extended our support to more businesses by taking on the Rational brand and continually look at ways to develop our service.

CESA Training & Development Award – November 2019

At Marren training is part of our DNA. It’s always been a top priority because of our ‘first-time fix’ philosophy. If our staff are not fully trained then we cannot deliver on this. Which is why we are very proud of the fact we continually focus on attaining a 95% ‘first time fix’ for our customers.

There are various initiatives we have implemented to support our approach. Continually looking for ways in which to train our staff to ensure they are able to deliver on our promise. We have a clear focus on training all our staff. This award was in recognition of our investment in staff development and the level of support we provide.

Service and Maintenance Specialist of the Year – June 2019

In recognition of our service which is based on a first-time fix ethos. A core value that drives everything we do and has meant continued investment across the business. This has included a £100,000 investment in our Smart Service Management system, upgrading our nationwide fleet of service vehicles and introducing smart glasses to support engineers in the field.
