Our fleet of service vans is fully equipped with the necessary spare parts to service and maintain your catering equipment. Each engineer will stock their van based on usage then organise and store the parts onboard for easy access. This is vital as we work towards our goal of a 95% first-time fix service.

Need to book a repair out of warranty or schedule an annual service?

Please book a repair or service via one of the following methods

Business hours

Office Hours Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm
Weekends and bank holidays - 8:30am to 3:30pm Service Dept. Only

  • Once you have submitted your online booking form, one of our friendly service team will be in touch to confirm your booking and to process your booking fee over the phone, via debit or credit card. Payment via BACS is also available, if preferred.
  • Any online bookings submitted during a weekend will be processed and confirmed the following Monday during normal opening hours.
  • Your details will be sent to our schedulers who will promptly arrange for an engineer to repair or service your appliance, repairs are usually carried out within 1 to 2 working days of receiving your booking.
  • For all urgent repairs needed within 6 hours, please contact our service department on 01933 665313 to discuss your available service options.
