Our service technicians operate nationwide and are experienced in dealing with a wide range of catering equipment which includes commercial microwave repairs. Vehicles are fitted with a tracking device so when we receive a request from the Cardiff area, we can despatch the nearest engineer to you as quickly as possible.
All our vans carry many spare parts which are re-stocked regularly from our main warehouse. Our approach is based on a first-time priority but if an engineer is on-site and doesn’t have the part, provided it’s in our warehouse, it will be delivered before 8 am the next day via ByBox.

Yes, a Marren engineer will respond 7 days a week. They are available from 08.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday, on a Saturday and Sunday it’s 08.30 to 15.30
Yes, we only use original manufacturers parts for all our repairs and servicing. This is done to ensure your equipment is reliably operational and remains under warranty. We also offer a 90-day warranty cover on all manufacturer parts and a 14-day recall period on all repairs we carry out, to give you that extra peace of mind.
