An established relationship
Marston’s PLC is one of the oldest pub businesses in the UK with over 1,500 pubs spread from the north of Scotland to the Isle of Wight in the south. They have worked closely with Marren for the last 8 years.

Clare Chinn is Head of Sales Support and runs the helpdesk as part of her function. It’s a maintenance helpdesk so they deal with kitchen staff every day when they’re reporting their repairs. They are integral to getting their kitchens up and running because it’s important they stay that way and make sure everything is working effectively.
In comparison to the offerings from other companies, Marren is exceptional and has shown through the years they can always be relied on. This has resulted in them being given more and more of the estate to look after.
Championing Marren’s new product
A new, reliable, and robust Marren microwave was recently launched. The spare parts are good value in comparison to a number of the other spare parts available. It’s a great all- around piece of equipment for the kitchen.

There is also the ‘buy one get one tree’ as a new initiative run by Marren. This means that every time you buy one of the new microwaves, they will plant a tree on your behalf. Ultimately that will be a lot of trees planted which will only help with climate change.
