Vehicles are fitted with a tracking device so when we receive a request from the Liverpool area, we can despatch the nearest engineer to you as quickly as possible.
All our vans carry many spare parts which are re-stocked regularly from our main warehouse. Our approach is based on a first-time priority but if an engineer is on-site and doesn’t have the part, provided it’s in our warehouse, it will be delivered before 8am the next day via ByBox.

Our service packages can be tailored to your needs. The servicing can be booked as a one-off visit or part of an annual or 3 yearly contracts. You can schedule our visits in advance, during a time that suits you to ensure minimal downtime of your equipment and interruption of your service.
Most equipment can be repaired but sometimes this does come at a cost. Our engineers will also advise you on the best course of action. This can occasionally include condemning a unit if they deem it to be unsafe, beyond economical repair or we can no longer get the part.
