We are delighted to share the exciting news that Marren has been shortlisted for the prestigious Catering Insight Awards 2023 in the Supplier and Distributor categories, specifically for “Service and Maintenance Provider of the Year.”

This recognition is a testament to our commitment to outstanding service, innovation, and sustainability throughout the past 12 months.

In the past year, we undertook a complete overhaul of our stock management system, implementing an integrated barcode scanning system in our warehouse. This transformation has resulted in a faster turnaround for repairs, reduced errors, improved inventory accuracy, and an enhanced overall customer experience.

Additionally, Marren has achieved significant ISO accreditations, including the retention of ISO 9001 for Quality Management, ISO 14001 for Environmental Management, and newly attaining ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and safety. These accreditations signify our commitment to quality, environmental responsibility, and safety. Our rigorous quality control processes focus on sustainability, and dedication to worker safety contribute to an exceptional customer experience.

Furthermore, our investments in operational processes, totalling £1.4 million, have led to improvements in warehouse efficiencies, technology upgrades for engineers, and enhancements in transport infrastructure. These investments have been crucial in maintaining our 95% ‘first-time fix’ offering, ensuring reliable and timely service delivery.

Our dedication to sustainability and the environment is evident through initiatives such as the Buy One Get One Tree (BOGOT) Scheme. For every Marren ISM-1800 microwave sold, we donate £5 to plant a tree, supporting reforestation efforts and reducing carbon emissions. The transition to electric vehicles for all Directors and field-based teams aligns with our commitment to a more sustainable future.

In addition to these achievements, Marren is proud to highlight our exclusive service partnership with Moffat, a renowned manufacturer with a longstanding tradition. This collaboration underscores our commitment to excellence, delivering cost efficiencies, streamlined operations, and enhanced support for Moffat’s products.
