Additionally, Marren has achieved significant ISO accreditations, including the retention of ISO 9001 for Quality Management, ISO 14001 for Environmental Management, and newly attaining ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and safety. These accreditations signify our commitment to quality, environmental responsibility, and safety. Our rigorous quality control processes focus on sustainability, and dedication to worker safety contribute to an exceptional customer experience.
Furthermore, our investments in operational processes, totalling £1.4 million, have led to improvements in warehouse efficiencies, technology upgrades for engineers, and enhancements in transport infrastructure. These investments have been crucial in maintaining our 95% 'first-time fix' offering, ensuring reliable and timely service delivery.
Our dedication to sustainability and the environment is evident through initiatives such as the Buy One Get One Tree (BOGOT) Scheme. For every Marren ISM-1800 microwave sold, we donate £5 to plant a tree, supporting reforestation efforts and reducing carbon emissions. The transition to electric vehicles for all Directors and field-based teams aligns with our commitment to a more sustainable future.
