Marren invests over a million pounds in spare parts to ensure our engineers have the necessary support to do their job. Parts are stored in our Northampton warehouse for quick and easy access by our fleet of modern vehicles. Engineers check their vehicles daily and restock with spare parts via By BOX.

Property maintenance and asset management solutions - Portals
Many of our clients use a property maintenance portal to manage their estate. Creating a clear, automated workflow is key to reducing the amount of administration, running costs and increase the speed at which repairs can be carried out. This is something we are keen to adopt as we work with you.
There are many different portals on the market such as ProNett, Verisae and Maximo. Some clients have their bespoke systems. We can work with whatever portal you have offering a seamless extension to your operation.
As part of our activities, we collate a large amount of detailed information about the condition of your equipment. This is incredibly useful data for clients.
