Cook and hold repairs and servicing
An oven designed to cook food slowly and switch to a hold functionality which will keep food at the optimum temperature before serving. A versatile piece of equipment with no need for a hood or ventilation which means it can be located anywhere in the kitchen. Marren engineers are trained on this type of equipment and operate nationwide.
All our engineers are employed directly by Marren. We never use sub-contractors because we like to know that you’re receiving a great quality of service every time. Engineer audits are carried out regularly to check you are satisfied with our work and professionalism.
Operating at a national level rather than regional is of great benefit for our clients. In particular, national chains only need to work with a single point of contact rather than multiple individuals. Our overall performance and SLAs are easier to monitor. We are also experienced in all the major management portals such as Verisae and Pronett which means we work within your processes from the outset.
There are several cook and hold brands we work with including Alto-Shaam and FWE. Delivering an efficient service with a high first-time fix success rate. Several major pub groups use these brands and we work with them on projects to increase the lifespan of the equipment.
